Legs and Drags

In addition to grain storage and drying, we offer grain handling equipment. Williams Welding, Inc. can build heavy-gauge legs and drags to incorporate into your grain operation – built to last for years to come. These conveyor systems allow you to easily move grain without having to worry that something will happen to it. We can install Sukup Drag Conveyers to make the grain handling process easier on you. These conveyor belt systems provide you with the means to transport grain with maximum efficiency. Our drag conveyors can also be inclined to allow easier transportation of the grain from pits to legs. Spouting

Williams Welding offers premium tubing for grain spouting purposes. The high quality of our products allows you to rest easy, knowing that your money has been well-spent. Whether you’re looking for 6” 8” 10” or 12” spouting, we have you covered. We provide every piece of spouting equipment, from tubing, to elbows, to pipe sleeves, to angle rings. The products we use are heavy duty to sustain our Midwest weather and to give you the control you need for spouting.

Air Tubes

A pneumatic (air) system is the ideal grain conveying system for new or existing drying operations. This type of system is especially well-suited to moving grain from a continuous flow dryer into cooling and/or grain storage bins. You can easily direct grain to multiple bins from one location, even around corners and into areas that would be difficult to reach with a transfer auger. The Sukup Cyclone Pneumatic System is made up of heavy-duty, industrial-grade components and easy-to-use controls.

Drive-Over Hoppers

Drive-Over Hoppers provide fast, portable unloading. They can be moved from one site to another or installed on one place permanently. These drive-over hoppers have large capacities that give you the means to store and move large quantities of grain. They are also equipped with bolts for easy service and cleanout as well as slashguards to keep grain well-contained. Drive-over grates and ramps are heavily built and reinforced to prevent collapsing and damage to the grain.
